I am one of the teachers of the stress management program. I attended Queensborough Community College where I achieved my Associate degree. I then accomplished my Bachelor's degree, in the Natural Sciences at Adelphi University. I also accomplished my Graduate degree in Community Health Education at Adelphi University.
